Onyeka Kingsley - Finance Manager at Triansel
Kingsley is a thoroughbred professional with a core skillset gained from sound academic training, relevant work experiences, and exposure in the strategy development, project execution, and business development functions of banking, FMCG, consulting, and energy industries. His competencies cut across Joint Venture Operations, Mergers and Acquisition Valuation, Infrastructure Financing, Energy Market Analysis, Policy and Economic Evaluation, and Risk Management.
He is a seasoned Finance and Energy expert with over 12 years of experience in the energy value chain, known for his visionary approach and versatility having successfully led multidisciplinary teams to achieve strategic business objectives and execute complex projects, driving organizational growth through creativity and innovation. Kingsley has a BSc degree in Economics from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, graduating among the top one percent in his class. He holds an MBA in Finance and Investments from ALBA Graduate Business School at The American College of Greece, and an MSc in Energy Economics from the University of Dundee, Scotland, graduating with distinction. He also possesses an OND certificate in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology and has undertaken a professional course in Mineral and Energy Economics jointly delivered by the Australian National University, Canberra and the University of Pretoria, South Africa.
As the General Manager – Finance at Triansel Gas Limited, Kingsley is responsible for all finance-related matters, including forecasting, budgeting, resource management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. He plays a pivotal role in project feasibility modeling and financing, notably managing the construction of a 5,500 MT LPG facility in Koko, Delta State, Nigeria. Previously, as Finance and Operations Manager for StediPower at West Power and Gas Limited, Kingsley provided strategic and technical support for project planning and execution. He has also held significant roles at International Energy Services Limited, Eko Electricity Distribution Company, and the Center for Public Policy Alternatives (CPPA), and Subsea 7, where he contributed to financial modeling, project cost control, and policy analysis. While at EKEDC he helped to improve company revenues through tariff shortfall recoveries. At CPPA, he led the 2007 Nigeria Natural Resource Charter (NNRC) Benchmark Exercise, producing a policy document for engaging with policy makers in Nigeria’s oil and gas industry.
Kingsley is a Chartered Accountant and is pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification. His commitment to professional development is evident through various training programs, including courses on Power BI, IFRS, and Petroleum Economics. He is a recipient of multiple scholarships including the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) master’s degree scholarship, A.G. Leventis MBA scholarship, the Australia Africa Awards, and the CFA Access scholarship.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Kingsley enjoys playing scrabble and monopoly, and is an avid football enthusiast.

Engr. Ikedi Eberendu is a seasoned oil and gas professional with over a decade of experience in engineering construction, project management, and operational leadership. He holds a master’s degree in environmental engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Soil and Water Bioresources Engineering Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri.
Engr. Eberendu has successfully managed significant projects, including the development of a 130mmscfd integrated gas processing facility the ovade-ogharefe gas processing plant for Pan Ocean Oil Corporation Limited, operator of OML98. His expertise extends to overseeing diverse portfolios encompassing EPC of power, infrastructure and oil and gas projects.
Engr. Eberendu has served as the transaction advisor for The Nigeria Pipelines and Storage Company Limited (NPSC) in its recently concluded rehabilitation of critical pipeline and depot infrastructure under a Build, Operate, and Transfer (BOT) PPP model. Additionally, he has performed front-end engineering design and feasibility studies for a 27,000 barrels per day refinery for an NNPCL subsidiary.
Certified in Plant Design and Maintenance Systems, HSE management, and ISO standards, Engr. Eberendu is known for his commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. He consistently delivers complex projects on time and within budget.
